Builders are held to extremely high standards when delivering a complete build, and the tender process should reflect the same level of expectation. At Estimating Online, we’ve implemented a straightforward two-step approach to ensure builders achieve accuracy and transparency in project costing.

Formally named a Qualifying Building Estimate, Our Rapid Pro Estimation allows you to work face-to-face with clients, editing construction costs in real time and providing full transparency, even enabling clients to add items not included on the plans. To execute a Rapid Pro Estimation, all that’s needed is a scaled set of plans and a design brief; the cost calculator handles the rest.

ELEMENTAL ESTIMATION

Builders must reclaim control over pricing in the construction industry. For too long, trades and suppliers have dictated the final cost of a project. With Elemental Estimation, builders can efficiently manage the final construction price for each trade and supplier within the Elemental Bill of Quantities.

Historically, estimators controlled quantities and cost risk management, assessing the complexity of trades and suppliers. Miscalculating cost risk can easily cost a builder thousands of dollars.
