Homeowners deserve the right to obtain three quotations for their build project. Builders have a responsibility to respond within a reasonable timeframe, providing value and transparent costings in a single quotation.
The Rapid Pro Report by Estimating Online streamlines this process, saving both builders and homeowners time and money. While some builders charge for this estimation, it remains optional. Builders can use the tools provided to complete the estimation themselves. Alternatively, Estimating Online can perform the estimation on your behalf for a fee.
How you deliver the Qualifying Building Estimation is at your discretion. Builders can print the PDF, which includes all your branding and your business information, or bring an iPad or Laptop to the client meeting, hide all builder visible fees, and adjust the estimation in real time in front of the client.
